First thing in the morning on 15 May, the participants met in one of the Barcelo Formentor Hotel’s function rooms and, after the presentation, provision of equipment and briefing, were then treated to a fabulous trek across the sierra to the outskirts of Lluc.
The team building programme combined team orienteering with different tests and the shooting of a short film. During the trek, the participants stopped in specific places where they were expected to film a number of scenes with the camera that they had been given, using the available props and a shooting schedule containing guidelines and suggestions. Both the natural surroundings and the spectacular monastery of Lluc were used, with a number of scenes being shot in the latter.
At midday, the participants were given a magnificent lunch at the restaurant Es Guix. After dessert, the footage shot was rapidly edited, followed by the screening of the jointly-made film and a prize-giving ceremony. The client provided EXTRAVAGANZA! with very positive direct feedback and commented that, thanks to the excellent organization, the company would soon be back.
