Available to exhibitors and visitors, this new tool will contribute to optimizing their participation at the show.
Expofranquicia 2013, the 19th edition of the International Franchise Show – organized by IFEMA at Feria de Madrid – which is scheduled to be held from 9-11 May 2013, has launched a new initiative: Expofranquicia One-to-one.
Available to exhibitors and visitors, this new tool will contribute to optimizing their participation at the show, since it allows them to schedule very effective appointments. Participating franchises will be able to hold face-to-face meetings with potential franchisees, carefully selected according to their profile and interests, thanks to Expofranquicia’s pre-scheduled appointment agenda. This will enable both the franchise and the potential franchisee to have prior knowledge of each other and get straight down to business during their private appointment.
All that is needed to promote business
The One-to-one programme has been designed as an extra for stand holders at Expofranquicia, since, together with the show’s capacity to generate a high volume of leads and to facilitate contact between franchises and potential investors, this initiative is keyed to putting highly-qualified potential franchisees in touch with the most suitable franchises. Furthermore, while always putting exhibitors first, the show’s organizers will also invite other franchises, with an exclusive interest in this format, to participate in the One-to-one programme.
For exhibitors, the programme is a very welcome extra. At their stands, franchises have the opportunity to showcase their products/services before more than 15,000 national and international visitors, who year after year attend the show, build brand awareness, identify the best candidates, and generate business leads for the coming months.
With the One-to-one pre-scheduled appointment programme, franchises are given the opportunity to receive potential investors that have requested a private meeting with them. To this end, Expofranquicia will vet the list of candidates and then confirm them with the franchise in question with the aim ensuring that their profile fits the bill.
Visitors participating in the One-to-one programme will be issued with a priority pass which, in addition to allowing them access to the lounge and business centre at IFEMA – with Internet access, catering, rest areas, TV, and newspapers – will also allow them to park for free during their appointments.
