Eventos Barcelona was the agency engaged to handle the full organization and production of the annual convention of Guess Jewellery. Lasting several days, the event was attended by the brand’s most important global distributers, in addition to executives who did not want to miss the presentation of the fashion brand’s new collection for 2015.
The convention was held at the W Hotel, where several venues and meeting rooms were used for the workshops and showrooms geared to showcasing the new jewellery collection, featuring Secret Garden, this season’s conceptual idea.
As the agency responsible for the event’s full organization, Eventos Barcelona’s main task was to infuse the programme with this new concept, as regards artistic and technical production and décor, as well as the outdoor activities in Ciutadella Park, which was used for the treasure hunt, specially designed for the occasion.
Another of the star moments of the convention was the gala dinner, held at the W Hotel’s Restaurant Salt, where all the artistic and technical details were particularly important. Furthermore, so as to reinforce the brand’s concept there were two spectacular performances, on the one hand, the Light Art Show, in which a performer created a bespoke story on a canvas with light sprays, and on the other, a light juggling performance with LEDs and the brand’s logo to end the evening.
