Eventos Barcelona has recently launched its Conference Packs, a special product for hotels keyed to facilitating the organization and staging of conventions, conferences and corporate presentations in their function rooms.
There are two versions of the product: the Standard Conference Pack comprising 10 spotlights with four colour filters, a 4x3 projection screen and a 12sqm platform complete with an elegant lectern; and the Premium Conference Pack, including all the above items, but with two screens instead of one. Both packs include 10m and 12m truss structures, respectively, and a black backdrop.
Prices vary according to the distance to the venue, but the Standard Conference Pack costs around €1,575 and the Premium Conference Pack in the region of €1,875.
