Last month, the event organization agency handled four events for well-known multinational brands.
Eventisimo continues to promote Portugal as an event, presentation and incentive destination. The firm’s Portuguese office organized four events last month, two of which were held simultaneously.
Held on 28 April, the first was an after party for 2,500 sales reps of DF:i, Revlon’s hair product brand. The party, held at Lisbon’s Meo Arena, featured the famous DJ Carlos Jean.
From 14-16 May, Lisbon’s Epic Sana Hotel hosted the convention of ACI Universal Payments, the North American electronic payment provider. The convention had two parts: on the first day, a plenary meeting was held with 200 delegates; and the two following days there was a series of work sessions for all the brand’s international delegations. Eventisimo was commissioned to handle stage design and production and A/V equipment.
In parallel, during the same week, the Swiss firm Phonak, world leader in hearing systems, held its International Distributors Meeting at the Myriad Hotel. Eventisimo handled the staging and A/V production, as well as activities related to marketing and business results.
Lastly, during the weekend of 23-25 May, coinciding with the final of the UEFA Champions League in Lisbon. Eventisimo DMC Portugal organized the customer loyalty trip to which the multinational Master Card treated 80 of its South and Central American clients. In addition to visiting the best attractions in Lisbon and the surrounding area on Friday, the following day the group watched the final at Estádio da Luz, followed on Sunday by a gala night at Queluz Palace in Sintra. The entertainment featured a horseshow, a fado performance, a theme dinner and the so-called "Priceless Moment Mastercard", during which the attendees met the Brazilian squad member Cafú, with whom they had the opportunity to chat and take photos.
