The week-long event was held at the historical Moroccan city’s most exotic venues.
Eventisimo handled the full production of the Western and Central Europe Oriflame Gold Conference 2015, which took place in the city of Marrakech. During a week, the 300 participants had the chance to discover the most exotic and exclusive places in the "Peal of the South".
The conference kicked off with the Welcome Party, which was held in the exclusive gardens of the Palmeraie Sultan on 17 September. The theme chosen was a Berber festival recreating the ambience and exoticism of Djemaa el Fna Square. Under the palm trees of the venue’s exotic garden, the participants were served a Moroccan dinner and treated to the performances of belly dancers, acrobats and characters such as water carriers, henna tattoo artists, experts in Arabic calligraphy, Argan oil sellers – all of whom were real people who can be found in the medina of Marrakech, one of the most bustling in the world. At the end of evening, a caravan of camels brought the executives of the Swedish multinational dressed as authentic Berbers.
On the 18th, it was the turn of the Business Conference held at the Palmeraie Resort Convention Centre. With the claim "Synergy for Growth", it was the most important part of the event, since the participants got to know the company’s strategic lines for the next financial year and the best salespeople received their awards. On being its core event, the accent was put on the union between the sales force and the company and their shared commitment to future growth – a theme that featured in the conference’s entertainment programme.
The gala dinner was held at the Beldi Country Club on 20 September. This theme party recreated the exotic Moroccan palaces, the aroma of rose petals and the sound of fountains creating a special ambience for the evening, in which the week-long Arab theme was given a touch of modernity. The DJ music, contemporary dance performances and a lively international pop group blended perfectly with the destination, reflecting the modern country that Morocco is.
During the week, there was a full programme of workshops and country meetings focusing on the company’s wellness products. These activities included the so-called "wellness walks", guided walking tours of Marrakech, wellness yoga sessions and wellness breakfasts, among other things.
