The Spanish subsidiary of the Swedish multinational cosmetics firm again entrusted Eventisimo with the organization of its national convention.
The communication and event agency Eventisimo was commissioned to handle the production and logistics of Oriflame Spain’s national convention, which took place in Barcelona on 15 February with the attendance of 500 delegates.
The venue chosen for the event was Valencia’s Congress Centre, while the delegates stayed at the Melia Valencia Hotel, where the gala dinner was also held.
Under the slogan "You are the Star", the convention’s main session got underway at 9.30am on Saturday, 15 February. This morning session, which lasted four hours, included prize giving, acknowledgements, musical performances and professional talks.
After lunch, served at the congress centre, the afternoon session featured the Paralympic swimmer Teresa Perales. With 22 Paralympic medals and six world records, the swimmer gave a talk revolving around motivation and individual self-improvement so as to meet challenges.
The stage set featured a giant LED wall placed behind a lattice truss with the company’s logo, and two giant screens.
