On 7 September, Eventisimo’s team embarked on Liberty of the Seas, one of the largest cruise ships in the world, so as to stage a major seven-day event in the Western Mediterranean. Barcelona, Marseille, Nice, Florence, Rome and Naples were the scheduled ports of call of the cruise ship hosting this event for 2,000 people, organized by one of the world’s leading beauty industry multinationals.
The preparations have taken months and, the week before the event, Eventisimo’s Barcelona office was seething with activity, with the preparation of promotional materials and the technical equipment necessary for the different conferences and meetings to be held on board the cruise ship. Likewise, the firm’s Rome office also played an important role in the event’s organization.
Eventisimo’s job focused on organizing the opening party and the conferences, as well as tour logistics at the different ports of call, and the party held after the gala dinner, when the participants were treated to an exclusive exhibition in the ship’s main pool courtesy of the Spanish Olympic synchronized swimming team.
This has been one of the largest and most complex events that Eventisimo has organized, due to its enormous technical and logistic challenges, for which it was necessary to put together ad hoc strategies and work teams.
