Humangest, the leading human resources firm in Italy, commissioned Eventisimo to organize its annual convention in Barcelona. This featured a full team-building programme, created ad hoc for the occasion.
The activity took place from 11-13 December at the Arts Hotel, which also hosted professional meetings and the 200 employees of the Italian firm.
Divided into 45 teams compromising four people each, Humangest’s staff got the chance to explore Barcelona through an activity inspired by the film “The Italian Job”, hence its name: The Human Job. This activity had a very refined graphic design clearly visible in the apparel of the participants, support materials, the iPad app and the vehicles used.
Each team was provided with a personalized app which supplied them with the coordinates where they were expected to complete a number of challenges: Highlights (Ensanche), Historical Centre (Ciutat Vella) and Seaside. Each one of these large areas was covered by the participants in 15 Minis customized with the event’s logo and colours (like in the film “The Italian Job”); on 65 bikes, on four electric bicycles, and also on foot. In each area they had to complete six challenges, each one of each was related to the company’s values – a fun and inspiring way of heightening the awareness of the company’s employees as to its philosophy.
On the last day, all the participants in three large teams met at the Can Magi country estate, where they faced the last team challenge, learning firsthand how to build a real human castellet, the region’s symbol of cooperation and group values.
