Eventisimo was commissioned yet again to organize the plenary meeting of Airbus, which was held from 21-22 March in the company’s factory in Illescas (Toledo).
On this occasion, the 5th Industrial Management Forum of Airbus, which congregated over 250 people, was staged in a warehouse. To this end, Eventisimo divided the venue into three differentiated areas: plenary meeting; market place; and cocktail party.
A giant 5x3m display was installed 6m off the ground, with the aim of using elements that adapted to the dimensions of the venue.
With light coloured furniture and a LED display so that the participants could follow the instructions, the market place area, which was used for a team-building activity, had a modern and fresh look and feel about it.
For the activity held on the last day, Eventisimo organized 20 booths with sound and video for an internal road show in which several volunteers from the staff at Illescas accompanied the guests to show them the company’s new developments.
The gala dinner was held at Viñedos Cigarral de Santa María, where the attendees were treated to a stand-up dinner featuring local produce and participated in a ‘wine casino’ which allowed them to learn more about the winery’s products.
