The staging of the convention featured a spectacular video mapping projection.
The communication and events agency Eventisimo was commissioned to handle the full production of Orangina Schweppes’ annual convention, which was held at the Asia Gardens Hotel (Finestrat, Alicante) from 4-5 February, with 450 participants.
The majority of activities and the convention’s plenary session were held at different facilities and in the gardens of the hotel, which was booked for the exclusive use of the participants.
The property’s convention centre hosted the plenary session, for which Eventisimo’s 3D design and video post-production departments created a spectacular video mapping porjection, which included the presentations of the different departments and all of the professional content. The video was designed in such a way that the stage’s form and aesthetics changed for each one of the keynotes, all of which lent the convention a unique rhythm and plenty of dynamism. After the keynotes, Ignacio Delgado, managing director of Orangina Schweppes Spain, announced an agreement with PepsiCo to market its products via the hospitality channel. This defining moment was reinforced and highlighted by the video mapping projection designed ad-hoc for the convention.
To end the convention, the gala dinner was held in the hotel’s lobby with a performance by the mythical group Los Secretos.
