The launch took place during the National Meeting of Toyota Business Plus Dealers, held at the brand’s logistics centre.
Toyota, world leader in commercial vehicle sales, commissioned Eventisimo to organize and produce its National Meeting of Toyota Business Plus Dealers. This division is responsible for corporate vehicle sales, and on 9 June it was held for the first time the Toyota’s spare part logistics centre in Spain, located in Illescas (province of Toledo).
The choice of this venue was due to the presentation of its full range of commercial vehicles in Spain. The plant’s industrial environment lent the revealing of the new vehicles a very interesting professional aesthetics. Furthermore, there was the fact that work at the logistics centre could not be affected by the assembly, staging or dismantling of the event, thus a high degree of coordination was required with the personnel of Toyota Parts Centre Spain.
The crowning moment of the event was the revealing of the new Toyota Hilux, the beat-selling commercial vehicle ever. In order to embody “the unstoppable force of the Toyota Hilux”, two vehicles literally drove through the stage, demolishing the walls located on either side of the screen. This striking moment was accompanied by lighting effects and loud music to create a moment that was a surprise to all those present.
This was followed by a number of speeches and the presentation of the new Toyota Proace range.
To end with, the attendees had the chance to inspect the vehicles, before being offered food and drinks in an outdoor marquee, where Toyota’s new industrial range was also showcased.
