Event Planner Spain and eventilo.com have just announced an agreement to promote a novel online tool facilitating the online organization of all kinds of events.
The Spanish and Moroccan meeting and event portal Event Planner Spain and eventilo, a technological start-up company belonging to the incubator of YES!Delft, the business centre of the world-famous Delft Technological University (Holland), have just announced an agreement to promote a online event registration and organization tool, developed by the Dutch company.
To celebrate the agreement with Event Planner Spain, eventilo is offering members and users of the Spanish website 10 Business packages for FREE on a first-come, first-served basis. In addition, members of Event Planner Spain (owners of a microsite on eventplannerspain.com) will be eligible for a 25% discount on the price of the paid versions of eventilo, while there will be a 5% discount for website users.
With a free version for events with less than 50 attendees, and two paid versions – Business y Business Plus – for larger events (you only pay for confirmed attendees), eventilo has a wide range of functions keyed to facilitating event organization, including an online registration form with configurable questions, a website for your event with programme, Google map and event information, the possibility of embedding the registration form in your own website, a safe registration fee collection system via credit card or iDEAL email invitations with your logo and branding, unlimited reminders, group mails, surveys, SMS-texts, etc., participant lists, with profile module to be shared in Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. and statistics, automatically generated name badges, and evaluation surveys. These functions save 12-20 hours of organizational work per 100 participants.
