The results of the last satisfaction poll carried out among organizers using the facilities and services of the Malaga Tradeshow and Congress Centre (FYCMA) to stage their own events indicate a high level of general satisfaction.
Seventy-four percent of the professional planners organizing their own events at FYCMA describe the facility’s client hospitality services as "excellent", while 26% regard them as being "very good", according to the results of a poll conducted by the centre within the framework of its quality policy.
The questionnaire includes key questions about the staff’s ability to react quickly, a critical factor during the celebration of an event. In this respect, staff response time was again considered "excellent" by 69% of the respondents and "very good" by 29%. The respondents were also similarly satisfied with the services provided by FYCMA, such as signage, cleaning, air conditioning, lighting and technical equipment, with 80% giving them the highest score.
Also deserving a special mention was the average score given by the respondents to a strategic issue such as accessibility, with half of them regarding it as "excellent". There was also general satisfaction with ancillary services, such as event staff and catering.
