On the first weekend of June, Es.cultura organized a corporate day featuring a tapas tour and multiple team building activities for a group of 400 people in Alcala de Henares (Madrid), which ended with a flashmob.
At the beginning of the day, Es.cultura monitors collected the members of the group at their hotel, before transferring them by coach to Alcala, where they participated in a tapas tour, savouring the town’s tasty cuisine.
After lunch, the group members participated in a number of team building activities, including the game Twister, waiters’ races, giant puzzles, etc. This was followed by a choreography session in which they learnt a number of fun steps that they later put into practice in a flashmob, marking the end of the event.
Flashmobs are an excellent way of highlighting corporate values, thus achieving better cohesion, teamwork and motivation among the participants, who have a whale of a time, and a magnificent way of ending a team building event. It is also important to mention that the event finally had to be held indoors: adverse weather conditions are no problem, since Es.cultura always comes up with the best solution.
