As in previous years, Eikonos was commissioned to provide AV services for GAES’ annual convention.
On 19 January, 800 delegates attended the 2013 GAES Convention, held at the Granada Auditorium. Eikonos was commissioned to handle video graphics and content creation before the event, and the event’s live broadcasting with three cameras, plus a fourth for sign language.
Two 18K HD projectors and three 10K HD projectors using the Watchout 5 system were used for keynotes.
Eikonos also handled the sound, using the auditorium’s line array sound systems, in addition to a sound mixing board and control consoles.
Furthermore, the convention ended with a gala dinner and a performance by Sergio Dalma, for which Eikonos handled live broadcasting and screens.
