On Sunday, 18 October 2009, two of the relay teams comprising the De Boer Triathlon Team came in second and third place in the Garmin Barcelona Triathlon 2009, with a time of 1:41:53 and 1:42:30, respectively.
Top sportsmen, such as the athletes Jordi Comas and Jaume Leiva, the swimmers Daniel Serra and Sergi Roure, and the cyclist Angel Vazquez, in addition to the incredible support from amateurs and fans, have made it possible to consolidate the De Boer Triathlon Team, formed this year, at its first fixture, where it has obtained excellent results.
