From 24-26 July, Jordi Esteve, chef at the one star Michelin Nectari, will be participating in the Isla de Lobos restaurant’s culinary festival.
The Princesa Yaiza Hotel is proud to announce that Jordi Esteve, one of the country’s most talented chefs, who stands out for his sensibility and virtuosity when choosing the daily produce that he used to prepare his dishes at the Nectari restaurant in Barcelona, awarded a Michelin star in 2013, will be making a guest star appearance at Isla de Lobos.
During his career, Esteve has worked at some of the best known Spanish and European restaurants, such as Martin Berasategui in San Sebastian, l’Ambrosie in Paris, and El Girasol in Alicante.
From 24-26 July, the restaurant’s clientele will have the privilege of savouring an innovative menu designed by Esteve, combining the excellence and philosophy of the Isla de Lobos restaurant with his own talent and Mediterranean essence.
The union between Carlos Perez (head chef at Isla de Lobos) and Esteve promises to be an enriching experience for the restaurant’s clientele. The menu will feature local produce with a Mediterranean touch. Dishes such as tomato gazpacho with local shrimps and melon sorbet, and kid loin with a crust of Mediterranean herbs, are just two examples of Esteve’s outstanding creativity.

The mineral water brand Vilas del Turbon, the first gourmet mineral water on the national market, awarded the highest score in the Superior Taste Award by International Taste & Quality Institute (iTQi), will also be participating in this event.
