Following last year’s success, the 2nd edition of the Province of Cadiz Culinary Festival will be held at the Duque de Najera Hotel in Rota (Cadiz) throughout September. With five tasting menus prepared with local ingredients, the aim of this emblematic Rota hotel is extol the variety and quality of local produce, as well as creating signature cuisine dishes with a traditional touch, accompanied by the province’s best wines.
The five tasting menus – one for each week of the festival – will be available from 1 September-4 October 2009, at both lunch (2-4.30pm) and dinner time (9-11.30pm). The restaurant’s à la carte menu will also be available, including traditional dishes such as the famous redbanded seabream à la roteña.
