The Crowne Plaza Estepona Hotel, located on the Costa del Sol, has just announced its 1st Christmas Poetry Contest. All poets are welcome to participate in accordance with the following conditions:
1. To participate, authors must submit their original and unpublished works in Spanish or English.
2. Christmas is the subject of the poems which should be between 14 and 30 lines long. The poems must be signed using a pseudonym. Submissions must include a closed envelope signed with the pseudonym of the author, containing his or her full name and address.
3. Poems must be sent in triplicate before 28 November 2008 to the following address:

The prizes for both Spanish and English poems are as follows:
First Prize
- One-night stay for two, including breakfast and free access to the thermal area of the hotel’s spa.
Second prize
- Voucher for two for the thermal area of the hotel’s spa.
The prize-giving ceremony will be held during the hotel’s Christmas celebrations.
