The restaurant Roca Tranquila, located in Torreblanca (Malaga), has organized a series of four one-day cooking courses for amateurs, given by its in-house chef Kaspar Nielsen, a member of the National Culinary Team of Denmark and the winner of numerous awards.
Kaspar Nielsen, the award-winning chef of the restaurant Roca Tranquila, will give four cooking courses for amateurs in the restaurant’s magnificent open-plan kitchen. Lasting three hours, the courses includes the preparation of an exquisite three-course meal, a wine tasting session with aperitif, and a dinner or lunch with wine matching in the restaurant’s private dinning room. Costing €100 per person, the courses are designed for small groups, although the restaurant also organizes courses for private groups of 10-14 people upon request.
The courses will be held on 9 September at 10am, 7 and 28 September at 5pm and 10am, respectively, and 18 October at 5pm. For bookings, please ring +34 952 196 067.
