The Malaga-based event staff agency Clave was awarded the SICTED certification (a tourism quality gauge) by Francisco de la Torre, the mayor of Malaga.
SICTED is certification system geared to improving quality in tourist destinations, promoted by the Secretariat of State for Tourism, with the support of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP), which works with tourism companies/service providers in up to 32 different categories, with the aim of improving the experience and satisfaction of tourists.
