From 7-9 October, the Las Ventas Bullring (Madrid) hosted the South Summit, a yardstick innovation and entrepreneur event in Southern Europe.
Chance Azafatas was commissioned to provide event staff for the badge printing and access control at the event’s different venues. More than 30 people worked during three days to register the event’s 12,000 attendees.
The South Summit 2015: year-on-year increase
This 4th edition was a complete success, since there were a greater number of attendees than last year, including 6,000 entrepreneurs, 3,000 companies and 650 investors from 100 countries.
On the first day of the event, Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple and the Spanish president Mariano Rajoy delivered the opening addresses. Then HRH King Philip VI closed the event, stating that "South Summit is an environment that strengthens and promotes links between startups and investment companies."
With its fantastic team of hostesses and access control staff, Chance showed its capacity of organization and versatility. This team has already participated in other major events and business seminars, such as Wloggers 2014 and CPhI Worldwide.
