With the aim of providing car industry communication departments with an undoubtedly valuable tool, CAI 2012 "Car of the Year in Internet" BP Ultimate has created the online platform www.agendadelmotor.com.
Using a username and password, brands can upload free of charge information about their events, as well as checking to see whether other brands are organizing events on the same day, thus avoiding unpleasant surprises and ensuring the broadest media coverage possible.
The platform can be used for event management purposes, since plenty of information can be included in the calendar (type of event, invited media, venue, etc.), although others users can only view the information that the organizer decides to make public. If the dates of two different events coincide and the organizers need further information, www.agendadelmotor.com allows stakeholders to communicate via email so as to obtain the information that they need for decision-making.
With this initiative, CAI 2012 "Car of the Year in Internet" BP Ultimate intends to forge a stronger relationship between brands and websites participating in the voting, with the common aim of providing their target audiences with more exhaustive quality information.
