Unsurprisingly in the Internet Era, the up-and-coming British royal wedding will be the first ever to be streamed live on the Web.

Due to take place at Westminster Abbey on 29 April, the wedding will be streamed live on YouTube from 10am to 2pm. To this end, the video giant has opened an official royal channel, with the permission of the palace.

Furthermore, the social media are also making the most of the massive popularity of the first British royal wedding of the Internet Era, in which Prince William will be marrying the commoner Kate Middleton. The Royal Family is also creating its own wedding buzz with an

official wedding site, a Flickr photo album, a Twitter account and Facebook fan page.
