The hotel won the top award in the Best Event Venue category.
The Eventoplus Awards, which acknowledge excellence in the Spanish and Portuguese MICE industries, value the optimum use of space for an event, congress or convention in the Best Event Venue category.
In this case, the convention organized by Sörensen used the hotel’s Atrio III. Due to its versatility, this space served as a meeting room, an area for a team-building activity, the venue for a gala dinner and, afterwards, a discotheque for 400 guests. In line with the event’s futurist concept, a space theme was created using the clean lines and diaphanous spaces, all in white, characterizing the Artio III.
This event format reflects the versatility of the hotel’s facilities, which has helped the agency Sörensen obtain the top award in the "Best Convention" category, and Silver in the "Best Décor" and "Best Technical Installation" categories.
The winners of the Eventoplus Awards were revealed on 2 July in a gala held at the Crystal Gallery of Cibeles Palace (Madrid), which was attended a large number of industry professionals.
