Eikonos participated in FC Barcelona’s "Triple Crown" celebrations at Camp Nou. After winning its 5th European Cup in Berlin, the club organized a party for the players and fans.
The event ended with the players entering the stadium to the cheers of the public, followed by their speeches of thanks. Working for Events, the agency commissioned to organize the event, Eikonos collaborated with Nueve Ojos, among others, in a projection mapping using five totems located at one end of the stadium. The mapping included 3D images and the most important moments of Barça’s season, highlighting the three trophies won by the club. For the screening of images, five 20,000 lumen Christie Roadster HD20K-J projectors were installed at a distance of 90m. It is also worth mentioning that a Watchout redundant computer system was used to reduce the risk of errors.
Eikonos’ technical team played an essential role since a high level of coordination was required between the different work teams involved. Eikonos is delighted with the result. Barça fans were offered a once-in-a-lifetime experience with the best football team in the world, which for the first time in European football has achieved two "triple crowns".
