The bank has once again relied on the technical know-how and reliability of Sono as A/V service provider for its annual ordinary general shareholders’ meetings. With over 1000 attendees, including shareholders and representatives, it is one of the bank’s most important corporate events requiring the largest A/V equipment deployment.
Sono handled all the A/V equipment for the event, featuring a large-format, 10 metre-wide, 3.9mm pixel pitch Absen A3, eight 80” monitors deployed throughout the venue so as to allow the attendees to follow the proceedings, and 21 15” monitors for the board members. Meyer M’elodie line array loudspeakers and a teleprompter service were also used.
Totally adaptable content and accessibility
On this occasion, highly personalized presentations in Keynote were used in order to allow speakers more flexibility and control, thus achieving a high-quality result as regards graphic design, and graphic and image distribution and display. Sono also handled flash content.
The simultaneous translation system, with two booths and 150 receivers, allowed those present to follow the proceedings in Spanish and English. Three cameras were employed to cover the event, which was broadcast in streaming in three languages (Spanish, Catalan, and English), as well as in sign language.
Sono also handled the setting up of a press office and a VIP lounge.
