As well as co-sponsoring the event, AV Medicos supplied all the audiovisual equipment for the first edition of Mentes & Moda – organized by Fedeco and Más Cuota during the Madrid International Fashion Week (SIMM), held at IFEMA – whose aim was to help national fashion designers to improve their sales strategies and results.
The event also vindicated Spanish creativity, underlining the importance of fashion for the economy and positioning Spain abroad, and its relevance as one of most representative forms of expression.
More than 300 people, including media and fashion professionals from 10 different companies, attended the event so as get to know the latest trends in the industry and learn how to obtain media coverage and a greater presence in fashion magazines.
AV Medios Sponsors Mentes & Moda
To this end, top executives, like Javier Rodriguez Zapatero, CEO of Google Spain, Charo Izquierdo, director of Yo Dona, and Borja Oria, chairman of Acotex and director of Musgo, among others, described their approach and forecasted the future of fashion in the Internet. All the speakers coincided in highlighting a very promising future for the industry thanks to the clear expansion of a market that has known how to reinvent itself and adapt to the times, but in which client loyalty poses an increasing more complex challenge.
At the end of the event, which was moderated by the charismatic journalist Javier Reyero, there was a lucky draw in which El Corte Ingles gave away three vouchers to promote its new department store in the central calle Serrano, and Coca-Cola Light exhibited seven exclusive bottles designed by Spanish fashion designers. Thanks to the sponsorship of both companies, along with AV Medios, a company specializing in event production and responsible for the technical logistics of Mentes & Moda, and the fashion logistics firm Logisfashion, the event was a resounding success.
