Held from 25-28 September, the event was organized by the French event planning agency Mandrego and PortAventura Business&Events.
During three days, the international fair of the Autodistribution Group, the leading independent car and heavy vehicle distributor in France, congregated 2,500 people, including venders, salespersons and owners, with the aim of sharing experiences and ideas, with the participation of leading brands in the automobile industry, such as Michelin, Continental, and Shell, among others.
Sessions were held at PortAventura Convention Centre’s Alexandria 1+2, a plenary hall seating a maximum of 625 people in each function room; while the fair’s exhibition area was located in the halls Cartago 1+2 and also in the convention centre’s outdoor areas.
In addition to the sessions and exhibition, a number of social activities were organized for the participants. On Saturday, 26 September, the participants attended a dinner/cocktail party at a venue overlooking PortAventura Park’s Mediterrània Lake, which also included a castellers exhibition, performances and fireworks. And on one of the days, there were team-building activities, one of which took place at PortAventura Park.
