The 19th Spain-United States Forum, an annual event attended by members of the Spain-USA Foundation Council and its American counterpart the United States-Spain Council, will take place in Marbella (Malaga, Spain) from 5-7 September. Public and private sector leaders from both countries will also be participating in the event, with the aim of addressing a number of issues of mutual interest.
Co-chaired by the Spaniard Juan Maria Nin and the American Senator Tim Kaine, the forum is a civil society instrument that, since 1995, has proved to be very useful for strengthening bilateral relations, in general, and economic relations, in particular, between the two countries. Their Majesties the King and Queen of Spain are expected to officially open the forum.
The Spain-USA Foundation Council has appointed >atlanta travel & corporate events consultants Official Agency and Technical Secretariat. Through its Andalusian delegation, the firm will be responsible for handling event logistics, as well as coordinating production and main services, including accommodation for the business leaders and authorities, transfers for the attendees and their companions, catering, simultaneous translation, event staff, protocol, press office, and media relations and press conferences, in addition to designing the event’s image and website, and managing online registrations.
