From 4-8 March, representatives of >atlanta travelled to Russia, as part of a delegation led by the Barcelona Convention Bureau, with the aim of promoting the Catalonian capital and Spain.
>atlanta was one of the two DMCs that, together with four of Barcelona’s 5-star hotels, participated in the trip. Activities organized with potential clients featured a breakfast presentation at Moscow’s famous Casta Diva restaurant, attended by some 25 companies representing different industries such as energy and telecommunications, in addition to MICE consultancies and agencies.
Also during the trip, >atlanta organized a promotional dinner geared to showcasing Barcelona and Spain at a Spanish restaurant, in which the guests were served typical dishes from all over the country, accompanied by Spanish music. The dinner was attended by 13 Russian agencies, along with representatives of the Barcelona Convention Bureau and the Barcelona hotel delegations.
