Andalusian Congress Centres to Host 10 Medical-Healthcare Events in May

Andalusia will be hosting 10 medical-healthcare events, with a total of 6,500 national and international delegates, during May.



In May, the member centres of the Andalusian Association of Congress and Tradeshow Centres (AFCAN) will be hosting more than 30 events, both of a professional and public nature, featuring 10 medical-healthcare industry congresses, with around 6,500 delegates from Spain and Europe.



Furthermore, the Granada Exhibition and Congress Centre will be hosting five medical-healthcare events, three of which are related to paediatric care in several disciplines: the 34th Congress of the Spanish Society of Paediatric Clinical Immunology and Allergy, which was held from 5-7 May; the 23rd National Congress of the Spanish Society of Paediatric Endocrinology (11-13 May); and the 45th General Meeting of the Association for European Paediatric Cardiology (AEPC), due to be held from 17-21 May. In addition, the Granada congress centre will host the 17th Congress of the Andalusian Society of Internal Medicine and the Forum-Debate of Experts in Ostomies.



Likewise, the Malaga Tradeshow and Congress Centre (FYCMA) hosted the 27th National Congress and the Spanish Society of Rheumatology from 10-13 May, while the 21st National Congress of the Spanish Society of Gynaecology and Obstetrics will be held at the Seville Exhibition and Congress Centre (FIBES) from 17-20 May, this coming after a pharmaceutical industry convention held on the 14th. Lastly, the Marbella Tradeshow, Exhibition and Congress Centre will host the 12th Congress of the Spanish Society of Image-based Brest Diagnosis (SEDIM) from 19-20 May, and a meeting between specialists in healthcare training will be held on 16 May at the Cadiz Congress and Exhibition Centre.
