The Andalusian Association of Hotel Directors (AEDH-A), represented by its regional director Vicente Romero, has recently signed a collaboration agreement with the prestigious academician, writer and tourist industry guru Domènec Biosca.
In tune with its philosophy of dignifying and promoting the job of hotel director in forums related to the tourist industry, the AEDH-A has just signed a collaboration agreement with Domènec Biosca, an eminent expert in tourism, with aim of keeping members and other interested parties up to date on new trends in training, motivation and quality control policy implementation that lead to success in the hospitality industry.
This success is based on employing professionals with a solid and continuous training who know to provide clients with a service par excellence. So as to implement this policy successfully, it is important to be able to rely on the complicity, implication and professionalism of middle management and blue collar workers.
With the aim of achieving this excellence, the AEDH-A has put its faith in the professionalism of Biosca, which is confirmed to a great extent by his facet as a cult writer in the hospitality industry, having published 21 books on hotel management and 1,850 articles. His new trilogy on how to increase hotel occupancy rates, double internal sales, and become a leader in sales and profitability with less resources, is due out this coming April.
Within the framework of this collaboration agreement, the association and Biosca will be organizing a series of events – which will be announced in the press – featuring meetings with hotel directors who will be able to discuss their doubts and proposals that arise when establishing a strategy geared to product and service differentiation and excellence, with the aim of surprising clients, strengthening their loyalty and increasing sales.
