Seville’s Trade Fair and Congress Centre (FIBES) will host Andalucia Sabor, the 1st International Fine Food Exhibition, from 25-27 September. Exclusively dedicated to professionals belonging to the sector, this new event has been designed to showcase the Andalusian agri-food industry’s products and business capacity.
Andalusia: one of the world’s most flourishing agri-food industries
The main aim of the fair is to promote Andalusia’s broad range of agri-food products in order to create new and interesting business opportunities both at home and abroad. In the last few years, Andalusia’s agri-food industry has strengthened its position to become one of the world’s most flourishing markets, with a yearly turnover of more than 12,000 million euros and a highly favourable balance of trade, generating profits in the region of 2,500 million euros
Ferran Adria and Juan Mari Arzak
Programmed activities will include the visits of top trade delegations, wine and food tasting, and demonstrations given by exhibitors. Moreover, guest speakers will include renowned restauranteurs and chefs from Spain and abroad, such as Ferran Adria, Juan Mari Arzak and Pierre Gagnaire.
This first edition of Andalucia Sabor has all the makings of becoming a reference for food industry professionals and haute cuisine.
