The Granada-based event agency has consolidated its position as one of leading agencies in the Andalusian meeting and event industry.
From its offices in the city of Granada, Alhambra has been providing the meeting and event industry with quality event staff, translation, A/V, and organization services for the last 15 years.
Part of Alhambra’s success is due to its detailed planning and organization process, which begins when the client contacts the agency by phone or email. Normally, two weeks of hard work are necessary, including an onsite inspection of the venue so as to identify technical requirements, layout, etc.
After sending out the invitations, the next step consists in confirming the attendance of all the guests, while at the same time handling all the logistic details, such as venue preparation and decoration, protocol, signage, etc.
Just before the event starts, Alhambra’s staff members receive the guests, usher them to their seats, and then remain on hand during the event so to deal with any last-minute hitches.
Lastly, once the event is over, the agency returns the guest list to the client, with remarks, any modifications made to the attendees contact details, and proposals for improvement. Nothing is left to chance.
With its strict quality standards and professionalism, over the past 15 years Alhambra has participated actively in the planning, organization and staging of a long list of events as important as the 34th National Congress of SEMERGEN (Malaga, 24-26 October 2012), the General Assembly of the Association of Significant Cemeteries of Europe (Carmen de los Martires, Granada, 1-2 October 2009), the exhibition "Los jarrones de la Alhambra: simbología y poder" (Crypt of the Palace of Charles V, Granada, 20 October 2006-March 2007), the World Political Forum (Palace of Charles V, Granada, 8-10 December 2005), and the 8th Congress of the Spanish Society of General Practitioners (Granada, 10-13 May 2000).
