The agreement for holding the 18th edition of MITM Euromed, Meetings and Incentive Travel Market, in Cadiz, Spain, was signed between Cadiz Provincial Council and GSAR Marketing, the show’s organizers, at FITUR on 24 January.
Ma. Inmaculada Olivero, head of tourism of the province of Cadiz, Jose Loaiza Garcia, president of the Cadiz Provincial Tourism Office, and Charo Trabado, general manager of GSAR Marketing, were all present at the signing of the agreement.
Cadiz’s interest in hosting this important trade show arose after exhibiting at the last edition of MITM Euromed in Seville, Spain, where the province’s tourism office also staged an informative seminar for all the participants and sponsored a successful post-show tour for hosted buyers and press.
MITM Euromed is known as the oldest international MICE fair in Europe, pioneer in B2B appointment scheduling and with a networking programme that guarantees contact with all international attendees.
As a result of hosting MITM Euromed, a great number of decision-making executives in the MICE industry, coming mostly from Europe, will have the opportunity to get to know the city and province of Cadiz firsthand.
