AEHCOS (Costa del Sol Hotel Association) has recently launched an online job exchange offering vacancies at hotels on the Costa del Sol.
Launched several months ago, more and more hotels are using the association’s online job exchange (www.aehcos.es) to find staff; to date, 150 job vacancies have been posted on the site. In many cases, the job offers are for covering vacant or temporary posts. The association is constantly working to improve this free service both for employers and for employees.
Vacancies cover most of hotel posts, from middle management, receptionists, floor staff, waiters/waitresses, kitchen staff, maintenance workers, PR personnel, entertainers, and salesmen, as well as staff for recently opened beauty centres and spas.
All that is required for consulting vacancies is an e-mail address and a curriculum in electronic format, since the service – which currently has 600 registrations – operates online.
