22 October 2024: World Travel Market London has today announced Trip.com Group, leading global travel service provider, as their Official Technology Partner at this year’s show taking place from 5-7th November at Excel London.

Exhibitors, buyers and visitors to WTM London will have the chance to hear first-hand from one of the group’s senior executives. Boon Sian Chai, Managing Director and Vice President, International Markets, Trip.com Group, will deliver a keynote address at the Technology Summit on the event's opening day, Tuesday, 5th November.
His presentation, “How User-Centric Travel Tech is Shaping the Future of Travel”, will take place from 11:20am - 11:40am on the Purple Stage. This keynote will explore how Trip.com Group is utilising AI-driven innovations to create frictionless travel experiences and enhance customer engagement for a connected trip.

Successful initiatives include Trip.Best, an AI-driven tool that provides personalized hotels, destination and experiences recommendations based on over 100 million user reviews. Another innovative tool for travellers is TripGenie, an AI travel assistant capable of crafting itineraries and answering your queries, which has served over 3 million users and elevated engagement.
WTM London’s newly appointed technology advisor, Timothy O’Neil-Dunne, will conduct the interview on stage. The Technology Summit continues to develop, with senior speakers from Travelport and Scandinavian Airlines recently added to the line-up.
