Regarded as one of the best examples of Andalusian rural architecture, this estate given over to olives and horse breeding and which was once a Jesuit hospice belonging to the dioceses of Buenos Aires, houses one of the foremost carriage collections in the world.
The stud farm was started up in 1986 with the purchase of a group of chestnut brood mares from the Hermanos Cardenas stud, which were then covered by the Conde de Odiel stallions Estimado IV and Estimado V, both chestnuts of the Carthusian breed.
