After four days of business contacts and more than 50 pre-programmed meetings between MICE suppliers and buyers, the participants attended a gala dinner held at MNAC on 28 October.
Solfesa was commissioned to handle the technical and artistic side of the project, since the company's invaluable experience in the business allowed the client to leave everything in its capable hands and enjoy the event.
The MNAC's oval hall was chosen as the venue for the gala dinner. Solfesa put the accent on the venue's lighting, surrounding the perimeter with LEDs, as well as highlighting its columns, so as to underline its grandeur. Likewise, mobile spotlight were also installed on and around the ceiling, from which a double line array was suspended.

Solfesa also erected a stage, formed by modules of different heights, for the presentations and speeches, giving the event an original and innovative touch. The evening's entertainment was presented to the hosts by a charismatic showman who collaborates with Solfesa on a regular basis.
For the cocktail reception held in the museum's hall, Solfesa used the new wireless spotlights made by the German company Ape Labs, who has recently named the company its exclusive distributor in Spain. A group of four saxophonists performed soft melodies creating a relaxed and informal atmosphere during the cocktail reception. The show was about to begin…
To the sound of fresh jazz and gipsy swing performed by a groundbreaking trio, the 300 guests were served dinner in the oval hall. During dessert, there was a performance given by a flamenco fusion group who, with their dancing and music, transmitted to the audience their deep passion for flamenco.
The highlight of the evening was without doubt the surprise appearance of a group of more than 10 percussionists who filled the venue with a blend of musical and visual rhythms, before leading the guests to the museum's dome where they were treated to a concert performed by one of the most in groups. Cyber-glam and unpredictable in style, the guests were thoroughly entertained by the group's renderings of pop, rock and disco classics until past midnight.
