Iberia will offer a second daily flight between the provinces of Malaga and Madrid, as well as direct flights between Malaga-San Sebastian and Malaga-Nice
The company Iberia is collaborating with Turismo y Planificación de la Costa del Sol and in coordination with Turismo Andaluz and the Malaga City Council, to promote national tourism and continue working to improve connectivity.
Thus, the company has announced that from this week, the Iberia Group will offer a second daily flight between the provinces of Malaga and Madrid. Therefore, in addition to the frequency with departure from Malaga at 17:35 hours, a second daily flight will be offered at 09:20 hours in the morning. This second flight is scheduled to improve connections with the rest of Iberia's destinations in Spain and the rest of Europe.
In addition, on Sundays in August a third flight will be added, arriving in Malaga at 10:40 am and leaving for Madrid at 4:55 pm.
The company has already increased the number of flights since last Sunday and has launched its direct flights Malaga-San Sebastian, with a weekly frequency that will be operated every Sunday of the month. The departure from the Andalusian province is at 11:20 am with arrival in San Sebastian at 13:00 pm.
To promote these flights with Malaga, Iberia has enabled its website to book at very low prices as 35 euros per leg in the case of Madrid and 47 euros in the direct flight to San Sebastian.
Another new feature of the airline is the three direct flights it will offer between Malaga and Nice, on Wednesdays and Friday afternoons, throughout the month.
One of the priorities of Tourism Costa del Sol is to promote connectivity, a key element in the tourist activity, and more so in these times; at the same time, to mature the relations with the companies that allow to place the Costa del Sol as one of the favourite destinations for the travellers. This will also serve to promote the Costa del Sol as a relevant cultural destination with an endless number of leisure services, as well as a paradisiacal destination for the practice of golf.
