Representatives of Malaga's Tradeshow and Congress Centre (FYCMA) will be attending the International Tourism Fair (FITUR) with the aim of familiarizing top international MICE buyers with the centre by means of a number of actions keyed to reinforcing FYCMA's brand image, as well as penetrating new markets and increasing the number and quality of events hosted by the centre.
FYCMA will be present at FITUR, due to be held from 20-24 February at Madrid’s IFEMA, with the aim of familiarizing international buyers with the centre’s facilities and services.
The chief objective of the centre’s participation at the fair is to reinforce global marketing initiatives and position Malaga as a congress destination, in addition to reinforcing its brand image, so as to attract business tourism.
During FITUR Congresses, representatives of the centre will meet with national and international MICE professionals with the objective of generating business. Regarded as one of the most important fairs of its kind in the world, more than 200 international buyers – from Saudi Arabia, India, Malaysia, China, Argentina, Brazil, USA, Hungary, Sweden, Slovakia, France, Germany, Holland and Belgium , among others – with an interest in Spain as a meetings and event destination will be attending the event.
FITC & City Break at FITUR 2010
FYCMA will make the most of FITUR to promote and market the 7th edition of the International Cultural Tourism & City Break Fair, organized by the centre and scheduled to be held from 23-26 September.
