The 1st City of Laguna International Gastronomic Film Festival (Tenerife) has just launched its call for entries.
Participation in the festival is limited to national and international feature films, short films, documentaries, and spots related to gastronomy, which have been produced after 1 January 2009. Only original version entries in digital format will be accepted.
After screening the entries during the festival, the jury of CineEsCena will award the following prizes: Best Feature Film (€6,000); Best Feature Film Actor/Actress, Best Feature Film Director, Best Depiction of Gastronomy in a Feature Film, Best Short Film (€2,000); Best Documentary (€4,000); and Best Spot (€1,500). There will also be a Best Feature Film Prize chosen by the public.
