Barcelona University's Institute of Life-long Learning has just presented its new online Master Programme in Protocol, which will run from November 2008-September 2009. The aim of this new programme is to provide students with the necessary technical knowledge to carry out their work professionally both in the public and private sector.
The Institute of Life-long Learning’s Master programme, which is keyed to heads of protocol, cabinet directors of chief executives and senior officials, and hotel directors, among others, includes modules covering topics such as the management of institutional relations at all levels in the fields of business, sports, higher education, armed forces, the Church, and public administration, programming and managing any type of event or ceremony, and planning, structuring and managing a protocol department.
