The AFFIRMA Group has recently inaugurated its new central headquarters in the Crystal Tower, located in Madrid's Four Towers Business District. With a height of 250m, the 52-floor Crystal Tower is the highest office block in Spain.

In addition, AFFIRMA has also opened a new 1,000sqm business centre in the tower, with 43 offices, some of which are already occupied by outstanding clients such as Isofoton, Europe's leading solar energy firm. For as little as €120, AFFIRMA offers all types of companies – from SMEs to multinationals – the possibility of renting office space in Madrid's most strategic and emblematic building, designed by Cesar Pelli, the architect responsible for the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malasia, and New York's World Financial Center.

AFFIRMA's Crystal Tower Business Center offers its clients a personalized, trilingual service, a training classroom, videoconferencing facilities, co-working, a private parking lot, a gym and two restaurants all under one roof. The Crystal Tower has the highest vertical garden in Europe and is the only skyscraper with the environmental A certification. One of its most outstanding features is its glass façade, with a bioclimatic wall system integrating indoor ventilation, automatically graduating sunlight and optimizing climatic parameters and energy consumption. Owned by Mutua Madrileña, the Crystal Tower is easily accessible from the airport and the city's ring roads.

In line with the range of services that differentiate the AFFIRMA business centres, clients have at their disposal legal, tax, financial, commercial and foreign commerce consultancy services for all types of consultations, proceedings and operations.
