This two-year agreement strengthens H10 Hotels’ social commitment through its corporate social responsibility programme.
H10 Hotels has recently signed an agreement with Caritas on the basis of which, for the next two years, the chain will collaborate in the charity’s meal grant programme.
The meal grant programme is keyed to providing children belonging to families at risk of social exclusion and poverty with school meals, within the scope of action of Caritas. The chief aim of this initiative is to allow these children to use school canteens in the same way as other pupils during the next two school years (2013-2014 and 2014-2015).
Caritas is a charity founded by the Catholic Church in 1947. In Spain, Caritas offers huge support to different social groups at risk of exclusion/poverty, as well as combating intolerance and discrimination, thanks to its network of 65,000 voluntary workers.
In line with its CSR programme, H10 Hotels actively collaborates in social and environmental projects that contribute to the sustainable development of its properties and the destinations where they are located. In its commitment to society, the chain is helped by collaborators, guests and employees, who together ensure the success of these projects. H10 Hotels’ charity initiatives perfectly reflect the chain’s values, closely linked with respect, responsibility and honesty.
